Megan and Santi were a ball to work with! Not only is Megan as sweet as pie, but Santi is the icing to the cake. The two of them together mesh together like the most perfect desert served after a soulful dinner. I loved this wedding for many reasons; the mason jars hanging from the trees, the lights that lit up the dance floor and the night sky so perfectly, but above all, the emotion and the love that was surrounding them was so refreshing.
I started my day driving, crossing the Skyway bridge leaving St. Petersburg and making my way to Bradenton. It was a lovely afternoon. Bright blue skies and sunshine for days. I knew it was going to be the perfect wedding day.
I pulled up to the church and met with Megan and her bridesmaids. I don’t think I have ever met a bride more connected with her emotions, and so cheerful for her big day! There was a lot going on the moments before she walked down the aisle, and she held it together perfectly.
Megan decided to do a DIY wedding, and I must say, I am so glad she did! Everything felt so handmade, and encompassed so much of her and Santi’s style. It was beyond perfection.
These two were a joy to be around, and their friends and family made it a joyful experience for not only them, but myself! I felt as though I was family by the end of the night and I am so glad to have been a part of their magical day!
