I want to create imagery in moments that feel like you. With the utmost intention in everything I do, this experience should feel like yours.

Pour a glass of wine and stay a while, won't you?

i'm KÉra

It was the first time I’ve shot at Kimpton Hotel Zamora for a wedding and not only was the atmosphere amazing, but each and every moment did not skip a beat. Think boutique hotel with all the amenities you need, great staff, and a killer view! Kristin and Eric were married here just days after Christmas surrounded by 30 or so people that they love. It was an intimate day all around, and I loved getting to know the two of them.

It’s not every wedding that I leave feeling a sense of gratitude, or even a sense that love like this is really hard to find. It was so sweet how trusting the two of them were of my vision. And when you have a couple who trusts you, they more freely trust themselves to open up in front of me. These two smiled like no other. Smiled, kissed and laughed. But they got seriously and so cutely (is that a word?) intimate and sweet. It allowed me to step back to let them enjoy the moments, but they also allowed me to get up close and personal.

Few things I’ve learned while photographing their love: 1) Love can happen at any time, anywhere, and love knows no age 2) Even couples who have been together for over 7 years can still look at each other like it’s a first date 3) There are no boundaries for kind deeds and kind hearts.

Wedding Planning Tip: If possible, make sure you and your partner are getting ready at the same place. This is not only super convenient for the photographers, but it allows for more time for getting ready portraits and the first look!
