Sarah & Alex’s Rooftop Beach Wedding
Sarah and Alex’s rooftop beach wedding was simply one for the books. Considering their love for each other, the day felt easy breezy and light. From the moment I walked into greet Sarah, she couldn’t stop smiling. If she was nervous, I couldn’t tell; her spirit was so happy! Their wedding took place on the rooftop of the Hyatt Regency in Clearwater, just days after the tropical storm passed through. The sun was out and there was a crispness in the air. It was perfect.
Sarah and Alex’s love story begins with them both moving to Orlando to begin their careers at Florida Hospital for Children where they met shortly after. It didn’t take long before they had their first brunch date at an Orlando hot spot followed by a romantic afternoon at Lou Gardens. They connected quickly! They bonded over many things including their love for coffee, food, travel, fitness, and animals. Later together, they became first time pawrents to their whippet, Ollie.
Alex proposed after a romantic dinner in St. Augustine. They were walking through downtown St. Augustine and went to Castillo de San Marcos where he proposed by the fort with just the two of them <3
