I want to create imagery in moments that feel like you. With the utmost intention in everything I do, this experience should feel like yours.

Pour a glass of wine and stay a while, won't you?

the beginning

Seth and Kristin celebrated their wedding in Cincinnati and I was so honored to be their photographer! I can’t believe I’ve been working with Seth and Kristin for over a year and a half. Seth contacted me in January of last year to plan his proposal to Kristin in Marco Island. After months of planning, Seth knocked it out of the park with the perfect set up and surprise. Since then, the three of us have been getting to know each other over coffee and timelines, ensuring the best day of their lives goes off without a hitch.

the arrival

I arrived in Cincinnati on the fourth of July and Ubered my way to the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Cincinnati. The weather was overcast but joyous – families were walking to and from the Reds baseball game nearby. I’ve been to Cincinnati a few times since I have family there, but I knew this was going to be a different experience altogether. Downtown Cincinnati has a really laid back, casual vibe – much different than the hustle and bustle of New York, for example. The buildings are full of old character and history. This city was built on innovation!

day of their wedding

The day of their wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was definitely a summer day in Ohio will temps reaching the 90’s, but luckily we avoided all the rain and ran into all the most amazing photography spots. Kristin and Seth had their incredibly romantic first look at Ault Park – Kristin, walking down the stairs to meet Seth. The bridal party risked their feet falling through the grates of the John Roebling Suspension Bridge for epic photographs, and the ladies endured the heat (but found some shade) in the rose garden overlooking the bridge from below.

Kristin and Seth were married in the ballroom of the historic Bartlett Building of 1901, which is adorned with old charm and and modern flare.

I love all the details of their day including the eucalyptus encased in their bouquets, and the simplicity of the navy and golds.
