The Orlo Wedding with Sylvia and Adam

February 22, 2020

Often when I go back to Tampa for a wedding, I get all the feels! But Sylvia and Adam’s wedding gave me so much more! Meeting them at The Orlo in Tampa, I was so excited to start their wedding day off at a venue that was intimate, charming, and on one of the best weather days ever! It was 74 and sunny, slight breeze, and it just had a vibe! You know when you walk into a place ad you just feel GOOD. This was one of those places, and these are definitely my people!

I met Sylvia and Adam after photographing their friends’ wedding – Joanna and Stephen. I was ecstatic when the following week they booked me for their own wedding.

Sylvia and Adam met at a new hire class at work and according to Sylvia, swiping right on Tinder was the just the push they both needed to go on their first date! Sylvia and Adam love to do a lot of things together, including beer sipping and going out to Bella Brava, but getting married definitely tops them all.

Sylvia and Adam are laid back and so they really wanted their wedding to be light, simple, and intimate. And it was! With their friends and family at the center of their celebration, their day seamlessly went from saying I do to partying the night away!

My favorite parts of their day were the quiet moments when they were getting ready and being one of the gals! I loved popping champagne with them and being that support.

I loved seeing Adam cry as Sylvia walked down the aisle! Y’all, nothing gets me more than that.

I LOVED going to the University of Tampa for their wedding party photos! The greenery was so spot on and gave us a lot of room to work with post ceremony!

Oh – and the dancing! My lord these people can dance!!

Vendors who made it all happen!
