I want to create imagery in moments that feel like you. With the utmost intention in everything I do, this experience should feel like yours.

Pour a glass of wine and stay a while, won't you?

i'm KÉra

Last Fall, in the midst of COVID wedding planning, I met with Andrew and Midori over zoom and I knew right away we were the perfect fit. Originally from Tampa Bay but now living in Atlanta, Midori and Andrew both agreed to get married in the area she grew up. And what do you know, she went to the same school as my hubby; but that’s a story for another time!

Andrew and Midori were both attracted to my editing style and the way the images felt editorial, natural, and authentic. But above all else, we all connected on a spiritual level – God is first in their relationship and I loved that they wanted to honor Him by being married at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

What filled my heart the most about the this couple, though, is that their servant hearts matched mine. Andrew and Midori took advantage of my #CouplesForACause progam and volunteered at Helping Mamas in Atlanta, helping to organize donations for mamas and babies in need. And in doing so, saved 10% on their wedding package <3

Andrew and Midori’s wedding was nothing short of heartfelt goodness, either. From the moment I showed up, Midori made me feel like part of her bridal party. We talked and laughed, and we all soaked up those special getting ready moments at the Hyatt Place in St. Petersburg before she walked down the aisle (including her portrait session with her GORGEOUS 2Birds Events bouquet).

Andrew and Midori’s wedding was intimate, which made it very special. With no more than 30 people in attendance, their vows and prayers to God echoed in St. Mary’s Catholic Church during their traditional mass.

Afterwards, with their wedding party in tow, we headed to the new St. Pete Pier for those very Florida and very minimalist portraits. Albeit a little windy, this wedding party owned this photo session!

Rounding out their wedding day, the couple celebrated at the Poynter Institute with an intimate yummy dinner by Amici’s Catering.

This wedding was such a joy and I if there is one thing I hope stays around from 2020, it’s intimate weddings! Having one? Reach out! Can’t wait to make magic with you.
