Haley and Nic’s East Nashville Greenhouse Engagement

When I plan an engagement session, I want to make sure it’s going to be in a place that fits my couples. Since Haley and Nic are so down to earth, I felt like being surrounded by unique greenery would be their jam. I came across East Nashville Greenhouse months prior just waiting for the right couple to photograph there and it did not disappoint. The greenhouse reminded me of a sweet English greenhouse nestled in some estate. It paired perfectly with Haley’s summery white romper and Nic’s suit.

Our shoot was actually an inspiration come true and weeks in the making.

Haley and I met at a nail salon when I noticed her engagement ring 💍 We sparked a conversation and instantly hit it off. I was thrilled because Haley is the sweetest human ever and I was hoping we could be friends and if I was lucky, maybe I could photograph her wedding, too. Now here we are!

Haley and Nic are the cutest love story you’ve ever heard. They met the summer going into their Sophomore year of high school and stayed friends all throughout high school and college. Their friends and families always asked them when they were going to start dating and they always thought they were crazy.

Not so crazy after all, though. Nic eventually took Haley on a formal date for his fraternity and that night they both knew they were meant to be together. It’s the sweetest thing watching these two be together. I imagine them smiling at each other like this forever and it makes my heart jump for joy.
