I want to create imagery in moments that feel like you. With the utmost intention in everything I do, this experience should feel like yours.

Pour a glass of wine and stay a while, won't you?

i'm KÉra

Lydia and Kevin have my heart — plain and simple. Lydia first reached out to me November 2021 and from our first chat, I knew we’d be a great fit. Her vision of her wedding at Cedarmont Farm was classic but she also wanted to party. All I can say is YES! Weddings are a celebration and should be treated as such 😉

I got to get to know Lydia and Kevin over the course of 8 months and it was so wonderful getting to connect with a couple who has a firm foundation of God who also wanted to make a difference in the world. Lydia and Kevin are both lawyers and choose to use their special powers for those who can’t help themselves. I love this for many reasons, but it connected directly to what I do with Couples for a Cause, which is to get couples out into the community and make an immediate impact. Needless to say, we have a lot in common!

When my associate and I arrived at Cedarmont Farm to see Lydia and Kevin, we instantly felt at home. I wasn’t surprised that two warm and down to earth humans knew other warm people but it was welcomed. I got to chit chat with a lot of folks and got to know why Lydia and Kevin were so special to them.

Our day started with Lydia where she was finishing her hair and makeup with Indigo Beauty Collective. We took our time photographing her details including her dress with a bow. This had to be one of my favorite things! As Lydia wrapped up getting ready, we got Kevin set up for his first look with her. He was authentically excited to see Lydia and the anticipation was killing him. Kevin didn’t let us down with his reaction when he saw Lydia. With all emotion exposed, the two embraced and enjoyed those first few moments without distraction.

Lydia and Kevin tied the knot, literally, under the big tree in front of the Cedarmont Farm historic home while one of their groomsmen played Jireh on the violin. After kissing under that same big tree as husband and wife we officially met all of their family by way of portraits before headed to the reception.

Lydia and Kevin’s reception room was beautifully classic with tall centerpieces adorned with florals by Larson Floral Co. — and peep their dog in the cake. He had a little taste before anyone 😉

Now I usually expect a dance party during a reception, but never do I expect a PARTY — one where the groom raps, the groomsman plays the fiddle, and the bride gets her chance to DJ! Like .. WHAT?! It will be hard to top this one, y’all.

Congratulations again Lydia and Kevin!
