I want to create imagery in moments that feel like you. With the utmost intention in everything I do, this experience should feel like yours.

Pour a glass of wine and stay a while, won't you?

i'm KÉra

Fiona and Marshall’s spring wedding was nothing short of a dream. Held at a private residence, their intimate Leipers Fork wedding felt like stepping into a private oasis. The home, complete with its own stunning waterfall, provided a beautiful backdrop for their wedding. Undoubtedly, the natural beauty of this private venue blew everyone away as it did me.

Intimate Leipers Fork Wedding

From the moment I arrived, Fiona and Marshall were incredibly sweet and welcoming. They truly made me feel like a part of their family. Their genuine warmth made photographing their wedding day a joy.

The timing of their wedding day was perfect as spring had just sprung. As a result, lush green hues painted the surroundings, creating an ethereal atmosphere. Additionally, soft florals and greenery decorated the residence adding to the fairytale-like ambiance. Then, there was the waterfall in the back that was just gorgeous!

Fiona made for a stunning bride in her classic, chic wedding dress and mid-length veil. However, my favorite detail was her bridal bouquet made up of white and peach florals. I loved the different flower varieties that made up her bouquet. The flower girl carried a similar bouquet of flowers that was a smaller version of the bride’s.

The Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony took place inside the home in front of a large stone fireplace decorated with florals. In addition, wooden beams across the vaulted ceiling were draped with sprigs of greenery. Love filled the room as the couple exchanged their vows. Once official, the couple exited the ceremony wearing the biggest smiles.

Afterwards, guests were treated to cocktail hour on the patio, nestled in the middle of the woods and overlooking the waterfall while string musicians played in the background. It was a perfect setting for guests to mingle and enjoy the surroundings. Guests were also treated to delicious food. My favorite, however, was the charcuterie display, which was a work of art almost too beautiful to eat — almost. Following dinner, everyone enjoyed the evening outside laughing and celebrating the newlyweds.

Fiona and Marshall, thank you for choosing me to capture these wedding day moments for you. I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness. Cheers!
