Ali and Sam married on the ever beautiful property at Cedarmont Farm in Franklin, TN amongst the rolling hills. I fell in love with this day — it was breezy, full of deep breaths, and shared romantic gazes. Not to mention, it’s always an honor to photograph a couple where I was married in 2020 — it will never be enough! I will never grow tired of revisiting this venue that holds so many treasured memories for myself and countless others. Now, Ali and Sam can add their classic black and white wedding to the list of unforgettable Cedarmont Farm weddings.

Classic Black and White Wedding

The couple chose this stunning Franklin, Tennessee wedding venue because they live in Franklin and absolutely fell in love with how beautiful it is – who can blame them! They envisioned a classic and romantic wedding day. Their vision was brought to life with classic black and white colors. Everything from their wedding invitation suite, bride and groom details, to their wedding party evoked a timeless, classic look. Ali wore a gorgeous dress that featured beautiful details and beadwork. Her hair was styled long with soft waves. A clean, white wedding bouquet completed her classic and beautiful bridal style.

Cocktail Hour and Reception

After their outdoor wedding ceremony everyone enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn and patio. Cocktails were served in custom cups that featured their dog, which was a wonderful personal detail that reflected them and their personalities. The couple also incorporated a coffee cart on their wedding day, which I loved. The weather was so beautiful that evening, that almost everyone was on the patio sipping hot coffee or tea.

As the air cooled, everyone made their way inside to a beautifully decorated reception area. Beams were wrapped in greenery with white flowers cascading down creating a romantic setting. The addition of candle light and white linens added to the ambiance.

It wasn’t long before everyone was out on the dance floor celebrating the newlyweds. Ali and Sam are truly so kind and so sweet. I loved seeing them so happy to be married. The smiles that they wore throughout the day said it all. You could tell they were truly enjoying and savoring every moment. To end the evening they made their getaway exit in a vintage car. They waved goodbye to their guests and rode off into the night to begin their life together. It was such a perfect ending to an amazing day.
