Timeless Hermitage Hotel Wedding Details

The Hermitage Hotel is a gorgeous wedding venue and historic Nashville landmark that exudes timeless elegance. I had the honor of photographing the exquisite wedding details for a Hermitage Hotel wedding planned by the incredibly talented Siena & Co. Events. All of the elegant, thoughtful details blew me away and truly made this wedding stand out.

The Ceremony Space

From the moment I stepped into the Veranda ceremony space, I was captivated. The ceiling, painted with a soft blue sky and clouds, provided a dreamy setting that felt straight out of a fairytale. Also adding to the soft, romantic feel were the baby’s breath floral installations. These paired beautifully with the space, as they looked like floating clouds in the room.

Black satin ribbons marked the reserved seating, which added a modern, chic touch. In addition, those same black ribbon details and dreamy florals would continue to show up throughout the wedding, creating a cohesive, flawless wedding day.

Located in the heart of Nashville, The Hermitage Hotel is a dream venue for any couple who appreciates historic charm, classic architecture, and luxurious details. Its grand interiors, detailed molding, and vintage touches make every space undeniably beautiful. From the Veranda to the stunning ballroom, each room carries its own unique beauty and elegance.

After the ceremony, guests moved into the reception space in the grand ballroom. Siena & Co. Events truly outdid herself while bringing this couple’s vision to life. The entire wedding aesthetic felt like stepping into a enchanting, romantic dream. The bow accents made another appearance, this time as place cards at the reception tables. Guests’ names appeared in gold calligraphy on the black ribbons, which coordinated with the seating chart display.

Speaking of, the seating chart was a showstopper. A collection of vintage, gold-framed mirrors in various shapes and sizes were arranged on a display wall. Each mirror then featured guest names in white calligraphy. Of course, more baby’s breath and soft florals surrounded the display, creating a functional yet breathtaking focal point.

The Florista crafted all of the gorgeous floral arrangements for this wedding celebration. However, the floral displays at the reception were a highlight. Crisp white flowers with muted orange flowers and baby’s breath sat at the center of tables. Meanwhile, baby’s breath fully covered arches that held grand chandeliers suspended over tables. These completely transformed the space as they hovered over elegantly set tables, adorned with classic white linens, soft candlelight, and classic details that complemented the timeless and elegant vision of the day.

A wedding this beautiful doesn’t happen without an exceptional team, and I had the honor of working alongside some of Nashville’s most talented creatives. Siena & Co. Events flawlessly planned and coordinated every moment. White Ink Calligraphy + Co. added their signature touch to the invitations and day-of details, while The Florista elevated every space with stunning floral arrangements and installations. In addition, many other vendors worked behind the scenes to make this wedding a reality. Not to mention, The Hermitage Hotel provided the ultimate backdrop. Photographing the details of this elegant wedding day was an absolute dream. I know this is a wedding I won’t soon forget!
