I love how welcome dinners set the tone for the entire wedding weekend! Sarah and Jake’s Western Chic Welcome Dinner at Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery in Nashville couldn’t have done it better. This evening was the perfect prelude to their big day! It was a perfect mix of warmth, personality, and a little southern flair!
Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery served as the perfect backdrop for this pre wedding celebration. The historic brick walls and warm, industrial textures brought a cozy, intimate atmosphere that paired beautifully with the western-chic details. From the dinner tables, guests could grab a glimpse of the barrel warehouse behind the glass that only added to the charm.
I couldn’t get enough of the denim-inspired linens, custom cowboy hats, and just the right touch of fringe. The entire design felt like a love letter to Nashville with a fashion-forward twist. Soft florals mixed with textured greenery from Lillian’s Floral Studio gave the space a warm, romantic touch. Another detail that I loved was the custom design of Sarah and Jake’s name in a horseshoe that also listed wedding details. This design could be seen throughout the evening on the welcome sign, bar sign, and the place setting cards. It truly created such seamless design that tied the evening and vision together perfectly.
The custom cowboy hats were a huge hit. Guests had so much fun wearing their hats throughout the evening as they mingled. The vibe was laid-back, joyful, and full of anticipation for the big day to come.
Sarah and Jake, thank you for letting me be part of this amazing start to your wedding weekend!
