Kate and Jon’s European-Inspired Wedding at Union Station Hotel in Nashville felt like stepping into a blooming Italian villa. Inspired by their shared love for travel and adventure, these two created a celebration that beautifully merged elegance, playfulness, and heartfelt charm that truly transported guests. It was a slice of la dolce vita, right in the heart of Music City.
Union Station Hotel is one of Nashville’s most iconic hotels, and it set the perfect stage for Kate and Jon’s dreamy day. Once a bustling train terminal, the hotel still carries the romance of its golden era, with gothic architecture, soaring arches, and intricate stained-glass windows. It’s a venue where history and elegance collide, creating the kind of timeless beauty that matched Kate and Jon’s wedding day vision so well.
Every detail of the day was infused with thoughtful touches. Shades of purple were woven throughout the day, from the bridesmaids’ dresses and the lush, colorful floral arrangements to the custom liner inside Jon’s suit jacket. Even Kate’s veil, adorned with delicate floral embroidery, felt like a piece of art. Her whole look was effortlessly romantic.
The overall design felt like a Tuscan garden in full bloom with warm textures, vibrant florals, and an intimate, welcoming energy that made every guest feel like family.
One of the most memorable moments of the day? The joyful flurry of paper airplanes tossed by loved ones as they were announced husband and wife. It was a playful, love-filled sendoff, that was so perfectly them.
Even when unexpected spring rain rolled in and moved parts of the celebration indoors, it didn’t dampen a thing. Laughter filled the room, the dance floor stayed full all night, and Kate and Jon never stopped smiling. It was one of those weddings where you could feel the love, not just between the couple, but surrounding them completely.
Kate and Jon, your celebration was full of heart, laughter, and unforgettable style. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your love story. Cheers to you both!
