There is nothing better than capturing the love stories and connection of my couples. Haley and Caleb are two of the sweetest people and their love undoubtedly shines through in each image. I loved their elegant, southern Harvest Hollow Wedding so much.
Harvest Hollow is a stunning, timeless wedding venue located in the Huntsville, Alabama area. The venue sits on 51 acres – a combination of open farmland, rolling countryside, and towering oak trees, which means there are ample spots all over the property for photos. Inside the elegant, white barn event space is just as impressive. Modern, white washed walls bring a light and airy feel, while the stained glass windows from a former Tennessee church add a touch of beauty and southern charm.
The couple’s wedding details highlighted the beauty of the venue and reflected their vision of a clean and classic aesthetic – with white runners centered on wooden tables, accented with green leaves and arrangements of pink and cream colored flowers in gold vases. Haley’s gorgeous bridal bouquet featured similar light hued, summer flowers, but on a grander scale.
Southern Harvest Hollow Wedding
The day of their wedding was very hot, but their beauty and love distracted everyone. I was touched as Haley, Caleb, and their families, instantly welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Haley’s off shoulder wedding dress featured a flowing train that looked like it was made just for her. She was stunning – so much so that Caleb was blown away at the sight of her as she walked down the aisle. It was a touching moment as he laid eyes on her for the first time and his jaw literally dropped!
After exchanging vows, the newlyweds and I explored the property while capturing their wedding portraits as everyone else enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn under stringed lights. We had so much fun together and enjoyed all the quiet time we had, using it to create stunning portraits on both digital and film. I captured every milestone moment of their wedding day, as well as those in-between, candid moments filled with emotion.
Eventually, everyone made their way inside the venue to continue the celebration. It was important to Haley and Caleb that everyone in attendance have a good time and feel comfortable – it is safe to say their goal was accomplished! Everyone was so full of joy and love for them and had the best time celebrating the night away.
Haley and Caleb are ready to start their new life together as husband and wife, after spending the last four years together, but apart as they completed their studies in different states. Their elegant, classic wedding was a dream and the perfect send off as they begin to build their lives together. Cheers, Haley and Caleb!
