From strangers on a road trip, to passing by each other without a second thought, to a very memorable fender bender, Peri and Alex’s love story is one for the books. Sometimes, fate keeps nudging two people closer until the timing is just right. What started with a simple “Hi, I’m Alex”, turned into the kind of love that lasts forever. Their romantic, classic Clementine Hall Wedding is an evening that will live in my memory, as it was just so special.

The day before their wedding, I photographed Peri and Alex in the Germantown, TN neighborhood where they hosted their rehearsal dinner. If you haven’t already, be sure to check out their night-before wedding photoshoot. It was intimate, joyful, and full of sweet anticipation for their big day.

Classic Clementine Hall Wedding

While the night-before festivities took place in charming Germantown, TN, Peri and Alex celebrated their wedding day in the heart of Nashville at the stunning Clementine Hall, surrounded by the people they love most. Nashville will always have a special place in Peri’s heart, which is why it meant so much to celebrate this new chapter in Nashville with those closest to them, soaking up every unforgettable moment.

Their vision for the day was classic and romantic, with cozy backyard wedding undertones, and that’s exactly what unfolded. Fresh white and light green colors intertwined throughout all the details, creating an upscale, romantic aesthetic.

Wedding Details

Clementine Hall was the perfect canvas for their vision. The historic venue’s rich textures and modern touches created a romantic, warm atmosphere. Peri was breathtaking in her Maggie Louise Bridal gown, and Alex looked so sharp beside her in his classic black tux.

CM Event Design brought all the wedding details together so beautifully. The Laughing Petal adorned the ceremony and reception spaces with soft, elegant fresh florals. At the reception, greenery accented with white blooms made up the centerpieces. While flickering candles added to the cozy, romantic vibe.

A Reception to Remember

After a lovely outdoor cocktail hour with lots of laughter, drinks, and conversation everyone moved indoors, and then, the dance floor opened. Though they’re self proclaimed homebodies at heart, you’d never know it based on the way they lit up the night! They celebrated like naturals, never once leaving the dance floor as The Music City Sound had the room absolutely rocking!

Peri and Alex, from start to finish, your day was filled with genuine joy, and it was an honor to photograph your beautiful wedding weekend! Your story, your people, your love, it was all magic. Cheers to a lifetime of love, happiness, and memories.
