Katie and Hayden’s romantic, garden-inspired summer wedding at Trinity View Farm is one I know I’ll never forget. Every moment felt meaningful and every detail so intentionally woven into their story. But what truly blew me away was the love – not just between them – but how it overflowed onto everyone around them, including me and the entire vendor team. I don’t think I’ll be over this one for a long time.

After a stylish and sentimental rehearsal dinner at 5th & Taylor in Nashville, we were all riding a wave of excitement into the big day. That dinner set the tone for what was to come, which was an evening overflowing with intention, joy, and so much love.

A Floral-Forward Ceremony on the Hilltop

The luxe Franklin, Tennessee wedding venue, Trinity View Farm, offered the perfect setting for Katie and Hayden’s wedding day. The view from the ceremony site was breathtaking with rolling hills stretching for miles. The Florista’s stunning floral design paired with the idyllic scenery made the ceremony site feel like it was straight out of a European countryside.

Moments before the ceremony, storm clouds gathered, and it looked like the skies were about to open up. Everyone quietly prayed that the rain would hold off, and thankfully, those prayers were answered, as the rain held off just long enough to watch these two to say “I do”. The energy, the timing, the beauty – all of it felt like a little miracle. God is so good!!

Reception Details

From there, the celebration only got better, as the reception was a true party! Guests sipped drinks from cups featuring their beloved pup Moe, whose face also appeared on the drink stirrers. Moe also joined his favorite humans during their first look. Seeing him woven into the details of the day was so sweet.

Katie also changed into a second reception dress just in time for cake cutting, which was chic, fun, and perfect for dancing. The evening was filled with dancing, cigars, and cowboy hats as guests gathered around the newlyweds and celebrated them. Katie and Hayden’s smiles throughout the day said it all; this was a day filled with pure joy.

Summer Garden Wedding with European Flair

From start to finish, Kasey Schaffer Events brought the couple’s dream of a romantic, European-inspired summer garden wedding to life with a soft, romantic color palette, layered textures, and meaningful details around every corner. Their love for each other, for their people, and for the life they’re building together was present during the entire wedding weekend.
