Emma and Joe are the kind of couple that can make just a walk in the park feel special. I adored my time with them! The way they move through the world together is sweet and joyful. Their romantic Percy Warner Steps engagement session was brimming with laughter-filled moments and quiet glances, making it clear just how much these two adore one another.
Emma and Joe showed up in style. For the first look, Emma wore a stunning white summer dress. Joe complemented her perfectly with cream pants, a crisp white shirt, and a blue suit jacket, giving the whole look a polished, classic feel.
Their second outfit change was equally chic with Emma in a black and white checkered dress, and Joe keeping things simple and clean in just his shirt and slacks. I loved how the outfit switch flipped the color palette, making for two gorgeous and cohesive looks!
I adore the iconic stone steps at Percy Warner Park. This scenic Nashville park features the iconic stone staircase as well as golf course greens next door. Every time I shoot here, I find fresh ways to use the space, and this session was no exception.
Emma and Joe’s adorable white dog joined us for a few photos, bringing even more joy and personality to the shoot. I always love when couples include their fur babies. After exploring the park and and the stone steps, we ventured onto the rolling greens of the golf course, shooting in the color drenched sunset!
They were all smiles the entire time. It was so heartwarming to see these two so in love, but what I loved most was seeing how Joe absolutely adored sweet Emma. He looked at her with so much love and adoration.
Emma and Joe are set to tie the knot next year at Sewanee with the talented team at Harper Event Company. After this gorgeous engagement session, I cannot wait to celebrate alongside them again. Their connection, laughter, and genuine love for each other made this engagement session one to remember.
Emma and Joe, thank you for such a fun and beautiful evening. I loved documenting this sweet chapter of your journey, and I’m counting down the days to your wedding!
