I want to create imagery in moments that feel like you. With the utmost intention in everything I do, this experience should feel like yours.

Pour a glass of wine and stay a while, won't you?

i'm KÉra

I met Reagan and Patrick for their fall engagement session in Nashville, TN and we had the best time exploring the downtown area around the Tennessee Capitol and Centennial Park. The autumn colors were just beginning to peak, wrapping the landscape in warm golds and soft rust tones. I truly don’t think we could have picked a better fall day for their session. The architecture, natural scenery, and the changing leaves all created such a wonderful and warm backdrop for them.

Reagan and Patrick’s love is so genuine. Their gentle love for each other was so evident throughout the session. Reagan’s flowing white dresses were timeless and photographed so beautifully. Patrick wore a cream suit to compliment her look. Later, he swapped his jacket for a soft gray, giving us a second, effortlessly polished look.

The Tennessee Capitol Building has beautiful architecture that aligned with their vision for the session. Then at Centennial Park the couple sat by the water as they admired the colors and watched the geese floating by. It was such a perfect moment.  When asked how they wanted their images to feel, they said “timeless, classic, elegant.” Their images perfectly represented the look and feel they wanted.

Their Love Story

What started as a spontaneous seven-hour drive from Pensacola to Murfreesboro became the beginning of something neither of them expected. They had been talking for a couple of months, trying to find a time to meet despite their hectic schedules. But in March 2024, Patrick couldn’t wait any longer! He grabbed his keys, sat in Alabama traffic, and unknowingly drove straight toward the woman he would one day marry.

From the moment they met, everything felt natural. When he asked her to be his girlfriend, she replied, “Sure, twist my arm.” And by then, both of them had a feeling this was going to be big.

Patrick told her a month into dating that he was going to marry her. Reagan teased him with, “In your dreams.” But secretly, she had already told her mom after their first date that he was the man she would marry. It just goes to show you that you truly do know, when you know!

The Surprise Proposal

When spring rolled around, Patrick started planning the proposal. The week leading up to the proposal, Patrick almost ruined the surprise when he made the rookie mistake of asking her to get her nails done. She brushed it off confidently, saying she’d “know when the ring was in the same room as her.” Little did she know, it was hidden just a few feet away.

On the day of, her family kept the plan running smoothly. Reagan left the house with no makeup on for a shopping trip with her sisters, while Patrick stayed behind with her dad. Hours later, thinking they were stopping to pick up dinner in Murfreesboro Square, Reagan pulled up to see Patrick waiting at the historic courthouse. She walked up to him, and there, in the place where their story began, Patrick got down on one knee.

What They Love Most About Each Other

Reagan’s favorite things about Patrick are “his patience, kindness and his genuine heart. He truly makes everyone around him feel comfortable and loved, and always makes sure life is a little less serious and a lot more fun!”

Patrick says his favorite thing about Reagan is “her beautiful smile, and how she is so intentional with our relationship and knows exactly how to make me feel loved.”
